At 8lu Verus, we want you to love your new clothing. If something isn't right, we offer the following options in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
1. 30-Day "No Questions Asked" Returns
We offer a 30-day "no questions asked" return window for change-of-mind or incorrect sizing.
Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
Condition: Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags still attached.
Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., intimates) may be excluded from change-of-mind returns.
Shipping: For "no questions asked" returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to our facility.
2. Faulty Items (Consumer Guarantees)
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by our 30-day change-of-mind policy. If an item is faulty, unsafe, or significantly different from the description, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of how much time has passed (within a reasonable period).
Major Failure: If the fault is major (e.g., the garment has a significant manufacturing defect that makes it unwearable), you can choose between a full refund or a replacement.
Minor Failure: If the fault is minor (e.g., a loose thread or small button issue), we will offer a free repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
Process: To report a fault, please email us with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Shipping for Faults: If an item is confirmed to be faulty, 8lu Verus will cover the cost of return shipping or provide a prepaid label.
3. How to Start a Return

Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
4. Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
